Hédène’s honeys are 100% French honeys. The brand uses cold extraction to extract their honeys and they are AOP (Protected Designation of Origin) certified. No pasteurisation is used to guarantee their exceptional refinement, for which is appreciated by the greatest starred chefs in France.
All Hédène’s honeys are analysed on the basis of multifactorial criteria, such as pollen analysis to guarantee authenticity and traceability.
