Distillerie Saint-Hilaire Organic Gaultheria (Wintergreen) Essential Oil is aromatherapy oil that relieves muscle and joint pain. Certified with the label Cosmos Organic* obtained from Ecocert, the essential oil is Nepali in origin and 100% organic. The essential oil:

has inflammatory and analgesic properties to ease pain, including rheumatic pain.
has antispasmodic properties to help with muscle cramps and stiffness.

In Distillerie Saint-Hilaire’s own distillery, the oil is extracted from the wintergreen leaves. Through steam distillation, the mobile liquid has a pale yellow to red colour.

The essential oil, after diluted, can be used only on the skin. Its refreshing, camphoric odour harmonises with: camomile, lavender, marjoram, peppermint, sweet orange, vanilla, and ylang-ylang.

1ml = 35 drops (1% dilution = 3 drops of Gaultheria Essential Oil in 10ml of vegetable oil)

This Organic Gaultheria Essential Oil can only be used diluted.

Intake: prohibited.

Skin application: Mix 1ml of the essential oil with 9ml of vegetable oil (always diluted to 10% max to avoid any irritating effects). Gently massage to hydrate and relax your skin after sport.

Diffusion: prohibited.

Do not exceed 3 drops per day and per person.
Do not use more than 3 essential oils at the same time.

Do not use on pregnant or breastfeeding women.

Seek medical advice for children under 6.

Avoid using in case of epilepsy and are allergic to aromatic molecules.

Do not use continuously in diffusion.
