The Bergeron Apricots are the most renowned variety of apricots and are often used to make jam. They are firm and rich in flavour. The bright sunlight helps balance the sweetness and acidity of the apricots, which in turn offers a slight almond taste. Bonne Maman selects only the dark flesh of the apricots with sufficient firmness to keep the tenderness after cooking. The ingredients of the jam are simple and natural, with small pieces of melting fruit to savour the freshness of apricots.
 
Presented in a box, these 5 individual jars of 30g each are carefully packaged to preserve the flavours. They will be delivered with the Bonne Maman Display Rack.
