The Bergeron Apricots are firm and rich in flavour. They are the most renowned variety of apricots and are often used to make jam. The Mara des Bois Strawberries are fragrant, with delicate and juicy flesh, making them the best for cooking jam. In addition, the Raspberries, sweet and aromatic, are delicately deseeded to offer smoothness to the jam. Together with the juicy redcurrants, the blend evokes a unique sour and sweet flavour. The pineapple & passion fruit one is full of tropical fruit that is sweet and aromatically fresh at the same time.
