The Almond White Crispy Biscuits of the French local abbey called “Abbaye Saint-Wandrille” in Normandy were baked following the ancestral know-how of cookie-making. Only slivered almonds are used to give a crispy texture. A trace of honey is also added to sweeten the biscuits and leave a floral note.
These almond biscuits can be enjoyed alone as a dessert. Alternatively, dip them in a glass of milk or a cup of coffee to give yourself a light refreshment.
