DELIVERY, RECEIPT, & RETURN

Delivery

 

The following is the Delivery Policy of Maison Evelyn (hereinafter referred to as "the store"):

Worldwide

  • The store offers worldwide shipping;

  • Any import related taxes will be borne by the customer (if any);

  • Once an order has been confirmed, the customer will receive a confirmation email. Another email will be sent when the goods have been shipped;

  • Pre-order products mean they will be purchased by the store only upon payment by a customer. Their delivery time will be relatively longer. Customers can choose to separate them from the products in stock while making a purchase. Otherwise, the store will wait until all the goods are available;

  • If a customer fails to show up during delivery or the delivery address is not correct, an additional courier fee, if any, will be charged for arranging another delivery.​

Hong Kong

  • The goods have been shipped to Hong Kong beforehand. The store accepts courier or free delivery in person within Hong Kong;

  • Orders are cut off every day at 12am; the goods will be delivered the coming next two days (Monday - Friday). Example: If a customer places an order on Friday, the goods will be delivered next Monday/Tuesday;

  • Regardless of courier or delivery in person, goods must be signed for by a consignee.

Courier:

  • SF Express will be used for the courier services. The courier fee is waived for any orders over €50 (dropped from €80 for promotion 2024), after discount;

  • A customer can also choose SF Lockers, SF Business Stations or SF Stores to collect the goods (picking up at SF Service Partners not applicable), please be aware of the Weight and Size Restrictions;

  • If a courier is needed for an order less than €50, a customer will need to pay for the courier fee upon delivery. Please click SF Express for the fees in detail.

 

Delivery in person:

  • Generally, once an order has been confirmed, the customer can receive the goods in person in the next two days (Monday - Friday) at Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station Exit A at 7pm. The store will reconfirm the delivery date and time with the customer;

  • If a customer wishes to change the delivery date or time, please email to info@maisonevelyn.com one day before the delivery date. The store will reconfirm the date and time with the customer;

  • If a customer fails to show up during delivery, an additional HK $30 will be charged for arranging another delivery in person;

  • Your order confirmation will be needed for pickup. The store will contact you again on the day of delivery.

 

Please note: the actual delivery date is subject to the manpower and weather. If the typhoon signal No. 8 or above or the black rainstorm warning signal is issued, any deliveries will be postponed. The store will contact the customers as soon as possible to arrange a new delivery.

Acknowledgement of Receipt, Return & Refund 

The following is the Acknowledgement of Receipt, Return & Refund of Maison Evelyn (hereinafter referred to as "the store"):

Acknowledgement of Receipt

  • Before the goods are delivered, the store will ensure that they correspond to the order made;

  • Once the goods have been signed for, it signifies that the recipient has acknowledged the quantity of the goods delivered;

  • Delivery by courier may damage the goods or affect the quality of the goods in transit. The store will not assume any responsibilities. Customers are advised to address their claims to the courier

Return & Refund

  • Return or refund will be arranged in case of quality-related issues. If it’s the case, please email to info@maisonevelyn.com within three days of the delivery date and attach the receipt as well as photos or videos of the goods. If confirmed, the store will arrange a return or refund of the goods;

  • No return or refund will be arranged under the following conditions:

    • non-quality related;

    • products opened or damaged, except quality related issues;

    • Exceeded three days after the delivery date;

    • products being used at least a half.
